What is Enrich API?

Our Insights Dashboards are designed to display detailed and varied scan and device data tailored to any organization’s needs. To provide our customers with the flexibility to enrich their data and extend their dashboards with specific data on the go, we introduce the Enrich API.

The Enrich API allows organizations to enrich and update their existing data with new information and metadata. Customers can use specific fields to send new data to their dashboards, which can then be accessed through their Insights Dashboard accounts.

In essence, the Enrich API is a tool for customers to tailor their dashboards with the data they need. For example, if you want to add shop information using the Enrich API, you can categorize the data under specific keywords (e.g., shopID, shopName etc.). This data is then sent and integrated into the Insights Dashboard.
