The Anyline Vehicle Registration Certificate scan capability provides the functionality to scan the German Vehicle Registration Certificate (VRC). All three pages of the front side of this document are processed at once. The capability includes document localization, perspective transformation and scanning of all relevant fields.

The Vehicle Registration Certificate document needs to be fully visible inside the cutout. Unfold all three pages and avoid occlusion and too much bend of the pages. To achieve the best results it is recommended to scan in landscape mode.

Limitations

  • Some special characters are not supported yet: Scanning data with unsupported characters may work, but the result will contain errors for these text parts.
