a

Absolute Time Range:

An option available on the Time/Date Range Filter that allows you to open a calendar and apply a date range between 2 selected dates, which then changes the data on your Dashboard based on your selection. Most recently used ranges will be added below the Absolute Time Range, to conveniently select without having to add in the same dates again.

Additional Context:

A Panel available on the Measurement Profile that provides further context and information from the Tire Tread Scan, including which axle the tire is on, which side of the axle the tire is located, and if it is on the left or the right side of the car.

Additional Tire Info:

An option available on the "Tire Sidewall Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that shows any additional information taken during the Scan (Depth, Aspect Ratio, Load Index, UUID, etc.). This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Anyline Insights:

Anyline’s browser-based data capture and analytics tool containing both scan and device data collected from any of our Anyline Scanning Solutions organised into dashboards and reports, designed to make all of your data easy to read and access at any time.

Anyline Insights contains multiple Modules with a variety of Dashboards for collecting and displaying Scan Data.

Anyline Version:

Refers to the version of our Anyline Mobile SDK, Web SDK and Cloud API. Also refers to a Panel available on Scan Data Dashboard that shows the number of scans carried out using a Version of our Anyline Products.

Applications (Bundles):
  • Refers to application IDs and Bundle IDs, which are unique identifiers stored in your License Key to be used in your app when integrating or using any of our SDKs or the Cloud API.

  • A Panel available on Scan Data Dashboard that gives a breakdown of the Application IDs/Bundle IDs being used to scan.

App Version:

An option available on the "Measurement Details" Panel from the Tire Condition Dashboard that shows which Version of the Anyline Tire Tread SDK App was used during the Tire Tread Scan.

Average Age of Tires:

A Panel available on the Tire Statistics Dashboard that displays the average age of all tires based on all the Tire Scan Data.

Business Event Tracking:
  • Refers to a number of Unique Parameters that enable you to integrate additional Data Points from your Scan Event into your Dashboards. This allows you to enrich your captured data with other relevant information, providing you with a deeper level of granularity when looking at all your Scan Events.

  • Business Event Tracking Parameters are only available for the 3 Meter Analytics & Forensics Dashboards.

  • Business Event Tracking Parameters must be provided by the customer and are required for certain Filters and Panels on the 3 Dashboards to become available.

Bundle ID:
  • Refers to unique ID directly linked with the user’s project, contained within the user’s License Key. The Identifier has different names depending on the selected platform(s). For instance: "ApplicationID" for Android, "BundleID for iOS", "Package Name" for UWP, and "Domain" for Web SDK.

  • A Data Filter available on Scan Data Dashboard that shows Application or Bundle Identifier(s) used on an application.

Change Time Settings:

An option available on the Time/Date Range Filter that provides an option to change both the Time Zone and the start of the Fiscal Year.

City:

An option available on the "VIN Details" Panel from the Vehicle Statistics Dashboard, and the "DOT/TIN Details" Panel and "Commercial Tire Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that displays the City where each Scan took place. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Client Info:

A Panel available on the Measurement Profile that shows additional information about each measurement that took place, including the Bundle ID, SDK Version, App Version, Platform, Operating System of the Mobile Device used for scanning, the Device’s Manufacturer, and the Device’s Model.

Commercial Tire Details:

A Panel available on the Tire Statistics Dashboard that displays a chart with multiple columns displaying additional scanning information related to any Commercial Tire ID Scan.

Commercial Tire ID:
  • One of Anyline’s Scanning Capabilities.

  • An option available on the "Commercial Tire Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that displays the Text from each scanned Commercial Tire ID. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Construction:

An option available on the "Tire Size Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that refers to the internal structure or "Construction Type" of each scanned tire. Construction Types can range from "Radial" ("R"),"Diagonal" ("D"), "Bias-Ply" ("B"), or "Belted Bias" (also "B"). This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Consumer Number:
  • One of the Business Event Tracking Parameters that can be provided by a customer to enable specific Panels and Filters on UCR Investigation, Meter Forensics, and Meter Statistics.

  • An option available on the "Scan Details" Panel from the UCR Investigation Dashboard, the "Spoofed Scans by Region/Worker/Consumer Numbers" Panel from the Meter Forensics Dashboard, and the "Scans by Region/Worker/Consumer Numbers" Panel from the Meter Statistics Dashboard. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

  • A Data Filter available on the Meter Statistics Dashboard and UCR Investigation Dashboard that refers to the Unique Identifier assigned to each consumer who is associated with the Meter being scanned.

Corrected Meter Value:

An option available on the "Scan Details" Panel from the UCR Investigation Dashboard that displays the Corrected Meter Value from each Scanned Meter Image.

Corrected Meter Unit:

An option available on the "Scan Details" Panel from the UCR Investigation Dashboard that displays the Corrected Measurement Unit from each Scanned Meter Image.

Country:
  • A Data Filter available on the Tire Statistics Dashboard that shows a list of the Countries where each Scan took place.

  • An option available on the "VIN Details" Panel from the Vehicle Statistics Dashboard, and the "DOT/TIN Details" Panel and "Commercial Tire Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Dashboard:

An information management tool used to display various types of visual Scan Data in one place.

Data Filter:

A Filter available on every Dashboard that refines your data based on a wide range of selections either for your physical device(s) or your application(s). This range of filter selections varies depending on the Module.

Device Info:

A Panel available on the Measurement Profile that shows additional information about the device that was used for each Tire Tread Scan, including the Manufacturer of the Device, the Model of the Device, the Platform of the Device, whether the Device is physical or a Simulator Software, and the Anyline Tire Tread SDK Version.

Device Manufacturer Distribution:

A Panel available on the Tire Condition Dashboard that displays a Pie Chart and List of the Manufacturers of the Devices used to scan.

Device Model:
  • A Data Filter available on Scan Data Dashboard, UCR Investigation Dashboard, Meter Forensics Dashboard, and Meter Statistics Dashboard that shows the Model of the Mobile Device(s) using the application.

  • An option available on the "Measurement Details" Panel from the Tire Condition Dashboard that displays a breakdown of the Device Models used to scan. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Device Model Distribution:

A Panel available on the Tire Condition Dashboard that displays a Pie Chart and List of the Models of the Devices used to scan.

Device Platform:

An option available on the "Measurement Details" Panel from the Tire Condition Dashboard that displays a breakdown of which Device Platforms are used to scan (Android, iOS, etc.). This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Device UUID:
  • Stands for 'Universally Unique Identifier,' and is a randomly generated set of characters on a device used for identification purposes. It adheres to the UUID v4 standard. Unlike device IDs provided by Hardware or OS Manufacturers, this UUID is generated by the Anyline SDK. It serves as an indicator of a successful installation on a device. Alternatively, in the case of the Tire Condition Dashboard, "UUID" also refers to one successful measurement of one tire using the Tire Tread SDK.

  • A Data Filter available on Scan Data Dashboard that displays the Universal Unique Identifier generated by the Anyline SDK on a device.

Diameter:

An option available on the "Tire Size Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that shows the diameter of each scanned tire. The tire diameter is measured in inches as the distance from one edge of the tire, through the centre, to the opposite edge. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Distance Over Recording Time:

A Panel available on the Measurement Profile that refers to the distance between the Device recording the Tire Tread Depth and the tire itself per frame over the entire Recording Time. The distance is measured in millimeters and is on the y-axis, while the time after the recording started is measured along the x-axis from left to right.

DOT/TIN Details:

A Panel available on the Tire Statistics Dashboard that displays a chart with multiple columns displaying additional scanning information related to any DOT/TIN Scan.

Extra Load:

An option available on the "Tire Size Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that refers to the increased load-carrying capacity of each scanned tire. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Global Result (mm):

An option available on the "Measurement Details" Panel from the Tire Condition Dashboard that refers to the Overall Measurement Result of the scanned tire, shown in millimeters. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Global Result (Inch 32):

An option available on the "Measurement Details" Panel from the Tire Condition Dashboard that refers to the Overall Measurement Result of the scanned tire, shown in 32nds of an inch. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

A Panel available on the UCR Investigation Dashboard that provides a progression of the number of High Deviance UCRs over the Set Time/Date Range

  • A Section available on Scan Data Dashboard that contains both the "Successful Scan Images with Metadata" Panel and "Images" Panel.

  • A Panel available on Scan Data Dashboard that displays all the images that were scanned.

Images with Metadata:

A Panel available on Meter Forensics, Meter Statistics, and UCR Investigation that displays all the images that were scanned and their Metadata.

Installation:

A Data Filter available on the Meter Statistics Dashboard and UCR Investigation Dashboard that is a list of Unique IDs referring to the Installation Number (an optional Business Event Tracking Parameter).

Installation Number:
  • One of the Business Event Tracking Parameters that can be provided by a customer to enable specific Panels and Filters on UCR Investigation, Meter Forensics, and Meter Statistics.

  • An option available on the "Scan Details" Panel from the UCR Investigation Dashboard that shows the Unique Identifier of each Worker who has scanned a Meter Image. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

LEFT Region (mm):

An option available on the "Measurement Details" Panel from the Tire Condition Dashboard that refers to the Measurement Result of the scanned tire from the Left Region, shown in millimeters.

License Plate Countries (Top 10):

A Panel available on the Tire Statistics Dashboard that displays a Top 10 List of Countries where the scanned license plates are registered.

License Plate Country:

An option available on the "License Plate Details" Panel from the Vehicle Statistics Dashboard that displays the Country where each License Plate is registered. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

License Plate Details:

A Panel available on the Vehicle Statistics Dashboard that displays a chart with multiple columns displaying additional scanning information related to any License Plate Scan.

License Plate Text:

An option available on the "License Plate Details" Panel from the Vehicle Statistics Dashboard that displays the Text from each scanned License Plate. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

License Plate US State:

An option available on the "License Plate Details" Panel from the Vehicle Statistics Dashboard that displays the American State where each License Plate is scanned. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Load Index:

An option available on the "Tire Size Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that represents the Load Index or maximum load-carrying capacity of each scanned tire. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Manufacturer:

A Data Filter available on Scan Data Dashboard, Meter Statistics Dashboard, Meter Forensics Dashboard, and UCR Investigation that shows the Manufacturer of the Mobile Device(s) using the application.

Measurement:

A Data Filter available on the Measurement Profile (displayed as a separate page of information via the Tire Condition Dashboard) that shows a list of each UUID from all scanned tires. Unlike other Filters, only one variable value can be selected at a time.

Measurement Details:

A Panel available on the Tire Condition Dashboard that displays a chart with multiple columns displaying additional scanning information related to any Tire Tread Scan.

Measurement Info (Data Source):

A Panel available on the Measurement Profile that shows certain information about each measurement that took place, including the UUID as well as a Status to confirm whether the Scan was successfully completed or not.

Measurement Profile:

A separate dedicated page solely for tire tread measurement information. The Measurement Profile provides much more elaborate insights on any individual Tire Tread Scan.

Measurement Success:

A Data Filter available on the Tire Condition Dashboard that provides Filters to find the Tire Measurements which are either successful, unsuccessful, or both.

Meter Analytics & Forensics:

One of the Modules available on Anyline Insights. Meter Analytics & Forensics is a data capture intelligence tool that gathers all of your Meter Scan Data together from Anyline’s Meter Data Capture Solutions and divides the data into 3 individual Dashboards.

Furthermore, Meter Analytics & Forensics provides risk and compliance teams with the real-time intelligence needed to detect and identify potential meter fraud. This gives companies the evidence they need to take timely action, lower their fraud rate and reduce revenue losses. Data security and access management ensure that only authorized users have access to your organization’s data. With all scanned events being reported in real-time, you are always given the latest insights from the most recent Scan Data and Images.

Meter Forensics:

One of the Dashboards available on the Meter Analytics & Forensics Module. Faked/Spoofed Images are detected using our cutting-edge AI Forensics Model that analyzes each Scanned Image for anomalous elements like the sides of a phone, unnatural looking reflections, or cracks on the screen. Images flagged as Faked/Spoofed are reported on the Meter Forensics Dashboard in real time.

A Section available on the Meter Statistics Dashboard that contains the following Panels:

  • "Meter Value Scans"

Meter Statistics:

Meter Unit:

An option available on the "Scans by Region/Worker/Consumer Numbers" Panel from the Meter Statistics Dashboard that displays the Meter Measurement Unit from each Scanned Meter Image.

Meter Unit Types:

A Panel available on the Meter Statistics Dashboard that displays the Meter Measurement Unit Types from each Scanned Meter Image.

Meter Value Scans:

A Panel available on the Meter Statistics Dashboard that displays how many Meter Scans have been performed during the set Time/Date.

Meter Value Scans Over Time:

A Panel available on the Meter Statistics Dashboard that shows a distribution of the Total Number of Meter Scans over the Set Time/Date.

MIDDLE Region (mm):

An option available on the "Measurement Details" Panel from the Tire Condition Dashboard that refers to the Measurement Result of the scanned tire from the Middle Region, shown in millimeters.

Module:
  • Refers to the available scanning capabilities (or Modules) available with the Anyline SDK or Cloud API, such as Tire, Meter, MRZ, License Plate, etc.

  • A Data Filter available on Scan Data Dashboard, Tire Statistics, and Vehicle Statistics that displays the available Anyline Scan Modules being used in an application to scan.

New vs. Old Tires:

A Panel available on the Tire Statistics Dashboard that displays a Pie Chart showing scanned tires that are either newer than 2 years, 2 to 5 years old, or older than 5 years.

Number of Scans:

A Panel available on Scan Data Dashboard that shows how many scans have been performed during the set time frame. Also refers to a Data Filter available on Scan Data Dashboard, that shows how many scans have been performed during the set time frame.

OS Version Distribution:

A distinct and organized visual or informational element containing collected Scan Data displayed within a Dashboard. Panels are designed to present the Scan Data in a visually structured approach to enhance user experience by providing clear and concise methods to comprehend relevant information.

Panel Filters:

Filters within Panels, specifically for Panels outlining details that provide more thorough and relevant information.

Percentage of Worn Out Tires:

A Panel available on the Tire Condition Dashboard that shows the total percentage of scanned worn out tires based on all the Tire Tread Scan Data.

Platform:

An option available on the "Measurement Details" Panel from the Tire Condition Dashboard that displays a breakdown of which Device Platforms are used to scan (Android, iOS, etc.).

Quick Range Selector:

An option available on the Time/Date Range Filter that offers options to either click some listed time/date range presets to quickly select a listed date or time, or use the Search bar to choose any one of the quick ranges available.

Ratio:

An option available on the "Tire Size Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that refers to the ratio of each scanned tire. The tire ratio is represented as a percentage and is the ratio of the tire’s sidewall height to its width. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Readme:

A Panel available on the Meter Forensics and UCR Investigation Dashboards that provides a brief description of what the UCR Investigation Dashboard entails.

Recall Date:

An option available on the "Tire Recall Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that refers to the date on which the Tire Manufacturer issues a recall for each scanned tire for either safety concerns, manufacturing defects, or other issues. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Recalled Tires by Age:

A Panel available on the Tire Statistics Dashboard that displays a Pie Chart and list showing the distribution of scanned Recalled Tires by age.

Region ID:
  • One of the Business Event Tracking Parameters that can be provided by a customer to enable specific Panels and Filters on UCR Investigation, Meter Forensics, and Meter Statistics.

  • An option available on the "Scan Details" Panel from the UCR Investigation Dashboard, the "Spoofed Scans by Region/Worker/Consumer Numbers" Panel from the Meter Forensics Dashboard, and the "Scans by Region/Worker/Consumer Numbers" Panel from the Meter Statistics Dashboard. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

  • A Data Filter available on the Meter Statistics Dashboard, Meter Forensics Dashboard, and UCR Investigation Dashboard that shows the Unique ID given to each Region where a Spoofed Image has been scanned.

Region Results:

A Panel available on the Measurement Profile that shows additional information about the results based on the region (the left, middle, or right side of the tire) and the measurement (displayed in either millimeters, 32nds of an inch, or inches).

Result Confidence:

A Data Filter available on the UCR Investigation Dashboard that provides an option to toggle 4 different Result Confidence Ranges for the Potential UCR Deviation. The selection of Ranges are either less than 50%, between 50% and 90%, more than 90%, or more than 98%. These Ranges show the Confidence Level of the Scanned Result.

Additional Context:

A Panel available on the Measurement Profile that displays a 3D Depth Map/Surface Plot of the scanned tire, where the x and y coordinates correspond to the position of the tire and the z coordinate (represented by colour) corresponds to the tread depth of the tire.

RIGHT Region (mm):

An option available on the "Measurement Details" Panel from the Tire Condition Dashboard that refers to the Measurement Result of the scanned tire from the Right Region, shown in millimeters.

Scan Animation:

A Panel available on the Measurement Profile that displays a collection of images, from a Scan, played together as an animation. The framerate of the Scan Animation is set to 2.5fps (frames per second).

Scan Data Dashboard:

One of the Modules available on Anyline Insights. Scan Data Dashboard is a data capture intelligence tool that can be used for any of the Anyline Scanning Capabilities (tire, id, barcode, serial number, etc.), and displays both the Scan Result and the Metadata of each successful scan.

  • A Section available on the Vehicle Statistics Dashboard that contains the following Panels:

Scan Location Geomap:

A Panel available on the Scan Data Dashboard, Tire Statistics, Meter Statistics, and Vehicle Statistics that shows a heat Map of Scan Activity.

Scan Meter Value:

An option available on the "Scan Details" Panel from the UCR Investigation Dashboard that displays the Meter Value from each Scanned Meter Image.

Scan Modules:
  • Refers to the available scanning capabilities (or Modules) available with the Anyline SDK or Cloud API, such as Tire, Meter, MRZ, License Plate, etc.

Sharing Panel:

A Panel available on every Insights Dashboard that offers some options for how to share your Scan Data.

Speed Rating:

An option available on the "Tire Size Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that shows the Max Speed at which each scanned tire can safely operate. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Spoofed Images:

A Panel available on the Meter Forensics Dashboard that refers to the total number of images that have been spoofed.

Spoofed Images Overview:

A Section available on Meter Forensics Dashboard that contains the following Panels:

  • "ReadMe"

  • "Spoofed Images"

A Panel available on the Meter Forensics Dashboard that displays a breakdown of the percentage of Spoofed Meter Images compared to the percentage of Real Meter Images.

Status:

  • Also known as DOT/TIN; DOT refers to the tire manufacturer’s compliance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) tire safety performance standards. TIN (Tire Identification Number) is a unique tire serial number used by the Automotive Industry, used to identify tires.

UCR Deviation % Range:

A Data Filter available on the UCR Investigation Dashboard that provides an option to toggle 4 different Percentage Ranges for the Potential UCR Deviation. The selection of Ranges are either any percentage of potential fraud, less than 10%, between 10% and 50%, or more than 50%. These Ranges show the Percentage Difference between the Scanned Result and the Corrected Result.

UCR Distribution:

A Panel available on the Meter Statistics Dashboard and Meter Forensics Dashboard that provides a breakdown of the number of Meter Scans with and without the Scanned Meter Result manually changed.

One of the Dashboards available on the Meter Analytics & Forensics Module. UCR Investigation is a useful tool to either further investigate cases of User Corrected Results (UCRs) for any suspicious activity and potential fraud, or ascertain if your workforce needs further training on scanning best practices.

UUID:
  • Stands for 'Universally Unique Identifier,' and is a randomly generated set of characters on a device used for identification purposes. It adheres to the UUID v4 standard. Unlike device IDs provided by Hardware or OS Manufacturers, this UUID is generated by the Anyline SDK. It serves as an indicator of a successful installation on a device. Alternatively, in the case of the Tire Condition Dashboard, "UUID" also refers to one successful measurement of one tire using the Tire Tread SDK.

  • A unique code used by the Automotive Industry, which includes a serial number, used to identify vehicles. VIN stands for "Vehicle Identification Number".

Width:

An option available on the "Tire Size Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that shows the width of each scanned tire. The tire width is measured in millimeters as the distance from one sidewall to the other. This measurement is taken at the widest point when the tire is properly mounted and inflated. This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Winter:

An option available on the "Tire Size Details" Panel from the Tire Statistics Dashboard that shows whether the scanned tire is specifically designed and built to perform well in winter conditions, such as snow and ice. The designations for such tires are "M+S" ("Mud and Snow"), "3PMSF" ("Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake"), "Studless", or "Non-Studded". This option also contains a Panel Filter.

Worker ID:
  • One of the Business Event Tracking Parameters that can be provided by a customer to enable specific Panels and Filters on UCR Investigation, Meter Forensics, and Meter Statistics.
