Vehicle Statistics

What is Vehicle Statistics?

Vehicle Statistics is one of the 3 Dashboards included in Tire & Vehicle Analytics, and provides insights from accumulated Vehicle Scan Data, specifically derived from Anyline’s following Modules:

  • VIN

  • License Plate

The Vehicle Scan Data is visually represented on a variety of Panels, including some Panels seen in other Dashboards while also having others designed exclusively for Vehicle Statistics.

Here, we will show you how easy it is to access and navigate your collected Vehicle Scan Data using the Anyline Insights Vehicle Statistics Dashboard.

The content below covers each feature of Vehicle Statistics. A Tutorial Video shall be released soon.

Dashboard

Vehicle Statistics has its own unique set of Filters and Panels along with some other Filters and Panels found on other Dashboards. The data on this Dashboard’s Panels will vary based on the Filters you select.


Vehicle Statistics Data Filter

The Filter Section of every Anyline Insights Dashboard contains both a Time/Date Range Filter and Data Filter.

The Time/Date Range Filter contains the same features and options on every Dashboard from each Module and is mentioned on the Modules Home Page.

The Data Filter in Vehicle Statistics has 2 options to choose from and filter your Vehicle Scan Data on the Dashboard. Here are the 2 Filters available on Vehicle Statistics.

Module

A list of the available Anyline Scanning Capabilities (License Plate and/or VIN).
Vehicle Identifier

Provides Filters to find the Vehicle(s) you’re searching for, based on the Vehicle License Plate and/or VIN.

Vehicle Statistics Panel Filters

The Panel Filters in Vehicle Statistics are included in 2 Panels: The "License Plate Details" Panel and the "VIN Details" Panel. Each Panel Filter is located near the title of each column within these Panels and Filters by values given in each column.

When hovering over each column title, the 'Toggle SortBy' option is displayed. Clicking on it will sort the information in the selected column in either ascending or descending order.

Here are the Filters included in the "License Plate Details" Panel.

License Plate Text

Displays the Text from each scanned License Plate.

License Plate Country

Displays the Country where each License Plate is registered.

License Plate US State

Displays the American State where each License Plate is scanned.
Time of Scan

Provides a Date and Time when the Scan took place.

Scan Image

Offers an External Link to open and view the scanned image.

Scan Preview

Displays a Preview of the scanned image within the Panel.
Click on the Preview of the Scanned Image in "Scan Preview" to open the Image in a new tab.

Here are the Filters included in the "VIN Details" Panel.

VIN

Displays the Text from each scanned VIN.

Country

Displays the Country where each VIN is scanned.

City

Displays the City where each VIN is scanned.
Time of Scan

Provides a Date and Time when the Scan took place.

Scan Image

Offers an External Link to open and view the scanned image.

Scan Preview

Displays a Preview of the scanned image within the Panel.
Click on the Preview of the Scanned Image in "Scan Preview" to open the Image in a new tab.

Main Body (Panels and what they mean)

Vehicle Statistics contains 3 different Sections, each composed of their own Panels.

By default, all metrics displayed in the below Panels are calculated for the last 24 hours. Please apply your desired changes within the Time/Date Range Filter to update these metrics within these Panels.

  • Vehicle Scans Overview

  • Vehicle Statistics

  • Scan Details

Vehicle Scans Overview
1. Vehicle Scans:

Displays a Total Number of Vehicle Scans for both License Plate and VIN.
2. Scan Location Geomap:

Displays a Heat Map of Scan Activity anywhere on the Planet.

Vehicle Statistics
1. License Plate Countries (Top 10):

Displays a Top 10 List of Countries where the scanned license plates are registered.

3. Top 10 Scanned Vehicles (LPT):

Displays a Top 10 List of License Plates from any Geographical Location, and how many times each License Plate was scanned.
2. Top 10 Scanned Vehicles (VIN):

Displays a Top 10 List of VINs from any Geographical Location, and how many times each VIN was scanned.

Scan Details
1. License Plate Details(**):

A chart with multiple columns displaying additional scanning information related to any License Plate Scan.
2. VIN Details(**):

A chart with multiple columns displaying additional scanning information related to any VIN Scan.
All Panels marked with (**) contain Panel Filters.
